Welcome to Vantiora, your premier destination for luxury apartment selection at vantiora.vip. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to these terms.

2. Services Overview

Vantiora offers three categories: Luxury Apartment Selection Services, Digital Guides & Info Products, and Boutique Accessory Items.

3. Scheduling & Appointments

All apartment selection services require prior scheduling. Confirmation will be sent within two business days.

4. Pricing & Payment Terms

Fees are displayed on vantiora.vip for the year 2026. Full payment is due at booking. Accepted methods include major debit and credit cards.

5. Cancellations & Refund Policy

5.1 Luxury Apartment Selection Services

Clients may request a refund up to seven days before the scheduled service date. Refunds are processed within seven business days. Alternatively, clients may reschedule the service once at no additional charge within 90 days of original date. After the seven-day cutoff or following the property viewing, refunds are not available due to bespoke research and arrangements.

5.2 Digital Guides & Info Products

Purchases of digital guides and info products are eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided that less than twenty percent of the content has been accessed. Refund requests are processed within five business days. Once the access threshold is exceeded, no refund is permitted due to access to premium content.

5.3 Boutique Accessory Items

Clients may send back physical items within 30 days after delivery in original and unused condition. Clients are responsible for shipping fees. Refunds are issued within ten business days after Vantiora receives and inspects the items. platforms can be arranged through our Contact Form.

6. Policy Updates

Vantiora reserves the right to revise these terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting and apply to all subsequent use of vantiora.vip.
